1. Overview

• Tee Time Hub allows golf courses (“Subscribers”) to list and manage tee time bookings through our platform.
• In exchange for using Tee Time Hub, Subscribers agree to pay a commission on each booking made through the platform, as outlined below.

2. Subscription and Commission Structure

• Enrollment: Subscribers must sign up for Tee Time Hub and agree to this Policy to participate.
• Commission Rate: We charge a commission of 15% per tee time booking completed through the Tee Time Hub at www.teetours.com. The exact rate will be specified in your subscription agreement.
• Minimum Fees: There are no upfront subscription fees. However, use of our commission-based model does require a tee sheet software subscription through Tee Tours LLC.

3. Payment Terms

• Automatic Deduction and Transfer: At the time a booking is made, we will automatically deduct the 15% commission from the total booking amount. The remaining 85% will be automatically sent to the Subscriber’s designated golf course account, provided accurate payment details are provided in the account settings.
• Timing: The 85% payment will be transferred immediately upon booking confirmation, subject to standard payment processing times.
• Payment Disputes: Any disputes regarding commission deductions or payments must be reported to us within 30 days of the booking date by contacting support@teetoursgolf.com.

4. Booking Responsibilities

• Accuracy: Subscribers are responsible for ensuring tee time availability and pricing listed on Tee Time Hub are accurate and up-to-date.
• Cancellations: Subscribers must honor cancellations per their own policies. Refunds or adjustments to commissions for canceled bookings will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Use of Tee Time Hub

• Subscribers may use Tee Time Hub solely for legitimate golf course booking purposes and must comply with all applicable laws.
• We reserve the right to remove listings or terminate accounts that violate this Policy or engage in fraudulent activity.

6. Termination

• By Subscriber: You may terminate your Tee Time Hub subscription with 30 days written notice to support@teetoursgolf.com.
• By Us: We may terminate your access for non-payment or Policy violations with 7 days notice, or immediately for severe breaches.

7. Liability and Disputes

• We are not liable for disputes between Subscribers and customers booking through Tee Time Hub. Subscribers indemnify us against claims arising from their use of the platform.
• This Policy is governed by the laws of Indiana, USA.

8. Modifications

• We may modify this Policy at our discretion. Subscribers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of Tee Time Hub constitutes acceptance.
